Who am I ?

My name is Nicolas.

I am French, father of 2 kids, graduated in organizational psychology and working in the IT technical recruitment for the last decade.

I decided to create Source To Match after more than 10 years working as a Talent acquisition specialist, manager and Team leader, because I wanted to contribute to the hiring success of more than 1 customer !

​

I will be your single point of contact for each request and contract.

My story

I am a passionate senior Sourcer, Recruiter, and Trainer.

 

Before to start my career in the recruitment, I obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management.

​

For more than 18 years I have been supporting companies across Europe on their growth and the implementation of their recruitment strategy.

 

I am passionate about humans and people interaction in various environments. Always concerned by the evolution of my field of expertise, I am one of the initiators of #TRU events in Geneva since 2016.

 

Invited as a speaker three times at the Sourcing Summit (2019/2021/2025), I always do my best to stay ahead of sourcing techniques.​
